GOLDBERG, PERSKY & WHITE, P.C. (and its predecessor law firms) is a pioneer in asbestos litigation in the United States. The attorneys of Goldberg, Persky & White, P.C. have been involved in asbestos cases since 1978 and participated in the gathering of evidence such as the testimony of corporate executives and doctors and the accumulation of corporate documents that created the basis for successfully suing the asbestos industry.

Based in Pittsburgh, we also have offices in Johnstown and Greensburg, Pennsylvania, as well as Huntington, West Virginia and Saginaw, Michigan. We have more than 30 attorneys who are licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Michigan, New York, Indiana, Washington, D.C. and Arizona. Our attorneys work closely with our experienced support staff of over 100 professionals.

We have represented thousands of mesothelioma, lung cancer, and asbestosis victims in Maine, New York, Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Kentucky, Ohio, Florida, Michigan, Indiana and Iowa. We have represented individuals from many different trade unions including asbestos workers, carpenters, electrical workers, bricklayers, boilermakers, laborers, plumbers and pipefitters, steamfitters, sheetmetal workers, steelworkers and others. Clients in these trades were exposed during the construction and repair of powerhouses, chemical plants, and other buildings.

Because we are headquartered in a city known for its steel making, we were one of the first firms in the country to successfully file cases for steelworkers who were exposed to asbestos during the steel making process. We have compiled invoices, deposition transcripts, and other information that help us prove which asbestos products were used at steel mills and other commercial and industrial job sites in various states.
